Hetone Data Center Strategy
Three engagement tracks cover the full life of an AI data center: design and consulting, engineering and construction, and GPU commercialization.
One Strategy, Three Tracks
Each track is scoped and priced independently, and the benchmarks below reference typical project value.
From Feasibility to Commercialization
The same three tracks, laid out in the order a project actually runs. Ownership moves down the line while the earlier tracks stay engaged, so nothing is handed over to a party that was not in the room when the decision was made.
Feasibility
Does the site work and do the numbers work. Project feasibility assessment, financial modeling, and land and power feasibility.
Design & ConsultingDesign
Site planning and layout design, then the customer AIDC design and the liquid-cooled PMDC that will actually be built.
Design & ConsultingProcure
Project management and design management take over. Sourcing and procurement lock long-lead equipment against the frozen design.
EPCBuild
Construction, supervision and acceptance. Factory work and site work run in parallel because the modules are prefabricated.
EPCOperate & Earn
Operations and maintenance keep the facility available, while GPU strategy, leasing and rental turn capacity into revenue.
EPC + GPUWhat Each Track Covers
Design & Consulting
Everything a project needs before ground breaks: proving the site works, proving the numbers work, and freezing a buildable design.
- Project feasibility assessment and financial modeling
- Land and power feasibility assessment
- Site planning and layout design
- Customer AIDC design and liquid-cooled PMDC

Engineering & Construction
A single accountable EPC line from procurement through acceptance, staying on after handover for operations and maintenance.
- Project management and design management
- Sourcing and procurement
- Construction, supervision and acceptance
- Operations and maintenance

GPU
Compute is the product. Hetone helps owners position, source and commercialize GPU capacity once the facility is live.
- GPU strategy
- NVIDIA / SMC due diligence
- Data center leasing and GPU rental
- Trade marketing, sourcing and agency

What Actually Lands on Your Desk
Each line of scope produces something you can review, price against and hand to a lender or a board. Nothing on this page is advisory-only.
- Feasibility report covering technical viability and the constraints that will shape the build
- Financial model with capital cost, operating cost and the assumptions each is built on
- Land and power assessment stating what the site and the grid connection can carry
- Site plan and layout fixing building positions, access, utility routes and expansion land
- AIDC design package and the liquid-cooled PMDC configuration selected for the load
- Project execution plan with the schedule, the critical path and the interface register
- Procurement package naming vendors, lead times and the specification each order is placed against
- Construction and supervision records, inspection reports and non-conformance closeout
- Acceptance documentation from factory test through site test to integrated system test
- O&M handover with as-built drawings, spares list and maintenance regime
Follow a Track Into the Detail
Every track above resolves into engineering elsewhere on this site. These are the pages where the decisions get specific.
AI Campus Proposal
A 200 MW campus in ten 20 MW units, with the structural, corrosion and seismic standards the site is designed against.
OpenPMDC Reference Design
The prefabricated modular data center itself: 7.8 MW reference design, Tier III ready, built in the factory before it ships.
OpenLiquid Cooling
CDU architecture, coolant selection, water quality control and the containerized dry coolers and chillers that reject the heat.
OpenInfrastructure Deployment
The three pillars of delivery, plus the networking and backup power blocks that land in the same coordinated layout.
OpenProduct Composition
What a module is made of, how far it can be customized, and the stacking and joining tolerances that make it repeatable.
OpenPower Systems
From the utility connection down to the busway: power islands, grounding, surge protection, generators and UPS.
OpenThree Ways to Start
The tracks are scoped independently. You do not have to commit to the whole line to bring us in.
Feasibility study only
You have a site or a shortlist and need to know whether it carries the load. We come back with the technical assessment and the financial model behind it.
EPC mandate
The design exists and you need it built. We take single-line accountability from procurement through integrated system test and stay on for operations.
GPU commercialization
The facility is live or nearly live and the question is how the compute gets sold. We handle strategy, platform due diligence, leasing and rental.
Start where you are. Tracks can engage independently: a feasibility study alone, an EPC mandate, or a GPU commercialization brief.
