Product Composition

Three Building Blocks of a Modular Data Center

Data Hall, Power, Water. Define specifications and design conditions first, then integrate the complete solution.

Product Platform

Prefab in Factory, Integrate on Site

Connected Components

Data hall, power and water blocks engineered as one connected component set.

EcoStruxure Software

Monitoring and management layer configured before the hardware leaves the factory.

Factory Integration & Testing

Modules integrated and tested as a system, not first assembled on site.

Block 1

Data Hall / Container

Services IT Hall Structure
  • Container data-hall hardware spec
  • Structural capacity: 60 t
  • Three-tier architecture
  • Anti-corrosion / anti-rust coating
  • Acoustic and thermal insulation
  • Integrated spatial layout
Block 2

Power System

GRID TR LV LOAD
  • Utility interface conditions
  • MV / LV distribution and conversion
  • Transformer (TR) selection

Stacking & Joining Tolerance

Stacking and joining control tolerance before weather, structure and services, enabling rapid site assembly. An outdoor containerized solution built around anti-corrosion, thermal insulation and rapid on-site installation.

External C5-M heavy-duty anti-corrosion system. Total dry film thickness of 320 µm or more: primer 80 µm, topcoat 180 µm, weathered glaze. Durable against corrosion, salt spray and UV.
Secondary sandblasting in welded areas removes welding slag and oxide scale, satisfying grade Sa2.5 and improving coating adhesion and service life.
First-spray polyurethane foam 20 mm plus thermal-board rock wool sandwich panel 100 mm: seamless thermal insulation and condensation control.
Thermally broken insulated door structure with double EPDM sealing strips. Thermal insulation, anti-freeze, anti-condensation, IP54 protection rating.
Point-type concrete foundation blocks with elevation clearance of 300 mm or more prevent standing moisture, with anti-corrosion piping and cable routing.
M24 adjustment bolt assembly with level adjustment of 10 mm or more. Shim or levelling plates give uniform load distribution and installation accuracy.
Natural rubber, hardness 60±5 Shore A, thickness 20 mm. Reduces structural vibration transmission, protecting equipment and structural service life.
High-level factory prefabrication with standardized connectors and sealing strips. On-site bolted fastening with zero welding: shorter schedule, lower risk.
